Sustainable Forest and Nature Management Program (SUFONA): Scholarships available!

Interested in a Masters program about Sustainable Forest and Nature Management in Europe? Look no further, this SUFONAMA program may be for you. This Masters course is part of the Erasmus Mundus Masters Course and as a student applicant, you may be eligible for scholarships.

ERASMUS MUNDUS SCHOLARSHIPS

Every year about 20 scholarships are available for non-EU and EU

students. These scholarships amount to € 26,000-28,000 per year for two years.

Grant holders are selected on the basis of academic potential.

PARTICIPATION COSTS

If you hold a citizenship from EU/EEA/Switzerland you are not

required to pay tuition fees. Cost for participation in the Joint

Summer Module amounts to approximately € 2,000.

If you hold a citizenship from outside EU/EEA/Switzerland, you are

required to pay tuition fees. The current tuition fee per semester is €

4,500

APPLICANT SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Applicants with a relevant bachelor’s degree in e.g. Forestry, Biology, Natural Resources, Environmental Science or Geography – or alternatively in Economics, Management or Political Science.
  • Language requirements:  Applicants with a bachelor’s degree must be able to document English proficiency corresponding to an IELTS test score of minimum 6.5 or a TOEF

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS 

EU/EEA and Swiss citizens: 1 March

NON-EU citizens: 15 January
