industry clients throughout British Columbia. Our head office is located in Cranbrook, BC with a satellite division in Fort St. John, BC. Maple Leaf Forestry Ltd. has exciting career opportunities for junior to senior-level resource/forest technologists. Positions offered are based out of Cranbrook or Fort St. John with a mix of office and field work activities listed as follows:
• Multi-phase forest road and cut-block development & engineering
• Block site plan & harvest plan preparation
• Road site plan preparation
• Appraisal data preparation
• Cutting permit and road permit preparation
• Ecosystem restoration layout and prescriptions
• Interface fuel management layout and prescriptions
• Riparian assessments, classification, and layout
• Field assessments and site plan data collection
• Forest health surveys
• Timber valuations and timber cruising
• Invasive plant management
• Professional report writing
