The Global Undergraduate Awards: Call for Submissions

Submit to The Global Undergraduate Awards today to see your work recognized by an international programme, judged by professional academics from the world’s top universities, and join a network of fellow undergraduates delivering top research in your chosen field.
How to submit:
Step 1: Check if you are eligible
Class of 2018, 2019 or 2020?
Have a piece of individual coursework that received an A grade or equivalent?
If you answered yes to both questions, you are eligible to submit to The Undergraduate Awards 2018/19 Programme. If you are unsure about your eligibility, find out if you can submit. If you are unsure if your work is right for the competition, find out what you can submit.
Step 2: Choose your category
The Undergraduate Awards has 25 different categories that entrants can submit to, each with their own submission criteria.
Before you submit, make sure to choose your category carefully, noting the maximum word count. You can submit to several different categories, but you can only submit each individual paper or project to one.
Step 3: Prepare your work
There are just several small tasks you need to do to ensure your work makes it through our screening process and gets seen by the judges.
a. Write your abstract
b. Anonymise your work
All work must be anonymised. To avoid disqualification, search your work for:
Your Name/Student Number, Your Institution’s Name, Your Lecturer’s Name, Your Module or Course Name
Your Course/Module Code etc.
Then delete this information or replace it with an X. Check if your work has been properly anonymised.
c. Ensure your work meets the word count requirements
Minimum word count for all categories except Visual Arts and Architecture & Design is 2,500. Maximum word count differs by category with a 10% leeway on the upper and lower limit. Ensure that your work meets the word count.
Step 4: Submit
Submissions are now open for the 2019 programme!
Submit today to have your undergraduate work recognised on a global stage, and for a chance to win a free trip to Dublin, Ireland, for The Global Undergraduate Summit 2019.
